Es Jonquet is located right on the border of Santa Catalina, but has its very own character. Here you can live first line above Paseo Maritimo, with views of the windmills, the harbour and the Bellver Castle.

Cobbled stone streets, low built charming houses and friendly neighbours pulling out a chair to enjoy the cool shade on the street outside their door are common sights to see here. Other advantages are that you live close to the Santa Catalina food market and the centre of Palma. 

In Jonquet you can see the old windmills reaching for the sky. You will see them from Paseo Marítimo and they really characterize the area. From here you’ll see the harbour with hundreds of masts in front of the blue sky. East facing you will see the fantastic gothic Cathedral. The views are amazing. You’ll also find a couple of bars and a nightclub which makes this area come to life at night.
