Bonaire is located in the heart of central Palma, right next to the famous shopping streets Jaime III and Paseo del Borne.

Many people consider Bonaire the luxurious part of central Palma and it is very popular amongst the Mallorquines. The atmosphere is chic, but at the same time an authentic living environment.

Despite the central location there are no loud nightclubs in the area which makes it a very calm and quiet place to live. 

Bonaire has a very Mallorquin style with older buildings mixed with modern ones and several small one way streets.
