Carin founded the company in 2008. She is the CEO of the company and also actively works as a real estate agent.



In early 2007, Carin arrived to Mallorca and is still enjoying life down here on the island. Carin is a Swedish qualified real estate agent that, before moving to Mallorca, worked in Södermalm in Stockholm.

With an economist education, she worked in the sales and marketing business sector for many years, before she switched over to real estate in 2002.


Carin loves to travel and has had the great pleasure of seeing many wonderful places around the world. But she feels Mallorca is by far one of the best places and where she feels at home. 



After having rented an apartment in the centre of the Old Town of Palma in the first few years, it felt like it was time to move closer to the sea. The choice was simple. Her love for the Portixol-Molinar neighborhood was instantaneous. It is an everyday luxury to have the Mediterranean Sea just around the corner, says Carin, who likes the freedom of being able to walk along the water for hours and to be at a bathrobe distance to the beach.

Karin, who is originally from Växjö in the south of Sweden, decided early that she wanted to settle abroad. After living in many places around the world, she ended up in Mallorca in 1999, and felt straight away there was something very special about Mallorca. The diversity of the island captured her heart.

Karin has studied business and in 2000, she founded "Barskolan Academy”, a bartender school in Mallorca that later branched out to Miami, London and Oslo. After managing the school for 18 years, she felt it was time for new challenges, and since real estate always been a passion, the choice was easy and she joined our team as a real estate agent in early 2018.

Karin still spends a lot of her free time exploring the islands many beaches and villages.
A perfect day would be a hike in the mountains, a day at the beach or at sea, a stroll in Palma or a visit to a local market with friends, followed by a long lunch in the sun. She also enjoys travelling, fitness, music and gastronomy.

Karin lives in San Agustin, together with her teenage daughter and their small dog. San Agustin has been her home ever since she moved to the island, and she loves being close to both Palma and the sea.

Loredana was born in the province of Verona, Italy, and at the age of five her parents decided to emigrate to Switzerland, near Lake Constance, where she grew up. She got to know Mallorca at a very young age and from the moment she set foot on the island she thought she would live here. She was captivated by its beaches, its people and its nature.

In 2011, she took the step and settled in what was the land of her dreams, Mallorca. She has an entrepreneurial personality and a strong drive, so she decided to directly set up her own business in gastronomy.

She speaks four languages, English, German, Italian and Spanish.

Her background is in commercial management and business administration, which has grown into a professional career focused on the real estate world, her real passion. She works with property sales and listing.

Loredana feels completely at home on the island, and her sociable nature has led her to have friends of all nationalities but above all she has many Mallorcan friends with whom she likes to spend her free time, playing padel tennis and go trekking. 

She lives in Ciudad Jardín, which she knew was her place from the moment she arrived - the views of the sea and a friendly atmosphere with people, where she loves to walk around and watch the sunset while she enjoys a vermouth on a terrace.

Marie Neige is originally from Toulouse, a lovely city in the Southwest of France. Marie Neige always has had a passion for travelling and discovering new cultures and countries. That is one of the reasons why she decided to work in tourism after she finished studying English at the university. Because of her international professional background, she has already lived in many different places around the world for example the Seychelles and Greece. 

In 2000, she initially came to Mallorca for a seasonal job, but instead she fell in love with the island and decided that this is the perfect place to finally settle down. 

Marie Neige has already worked in several manager positions for various travel companies. After her successful career in the tourism industry, she was ready for a new professional challenge and joined our team in 2021. Her interests in the Real Estate market and her extensive experience in customer service are a great asset for the whole team.  

In her free-time, she enjoys long walks along the sea and discovering new places on the island. After so many years here the island still inspires her, and she loves the diversity of Mallorca with the mountains and the seaside. 

After renting apartments in Sant Augustin and Portixol she finally decided to buy a flat in Ciudad Jardin in 2006 together with her husband. Here she especially loves the proximity to the sea but also to Palma city.

Michelle is our administrative assistant, responsible for administrative tasks but also a helping hand to everyone in the team for whatever they might need. At school, she studied economics but chose to follow a path in the restaurant industry where she worked hard for many years and climbed her way up to a Michelin star level. Over the years, she has also worked as a salesperson in many different types of industries and that's how she got into the property business.

Ever since Michelle was a little girl, she has always been curious about the world. From early on, she knew that Sweden, where she grew up, was not enough for her. At the age of 18, she decided to move to Spain, very quickly becoming fluent in Spanish, which was one of her goals. In 2021, she took the step to move to Mallorca and today, two years later, she is sure that she has finally found her home. She lives in an old, newly renovated apartment in Old Town Palma and couldn't love it more.

Michelle is a very happy girl who loves to enjoy food, music and travelling. In her spare time she also dances Latin dance styles such as salsa and bachata. It is very important for her to make the most of life and follow her dreams and intuitions. On a day off, Michelle always wants to relax on one of Mallorca's beautiful beaches and then enjoy the warm evenings with her friends.

Michelle is now discovering the property industry with us here in beautiful Mallorca and she is very excited to take on new challenges and learn lots of new things, just like she loves.

Dina has been living in Mallorca since 2020 and has since then been working in digital marketing, creating social media advertisements for companies around the world. Over time, she realised she missed working with a team of like-minded people to grow professionally. This is how she found her way into the marketing position at Buy a Home Mallorca.

She was born in Siberia but has travelled extensively and also lived in China. Together with her Mallorcan husband, she lives in the village of Sencelles, where she has successfully integrated into the local community. There she also learned a fourth language, Catalan. Before arriving in Mallorca, Dina owned a language school in Moscow, but living in a big city wasn’t for her, so she started looking for a place to call home. In 2019, she came to Mallorca for a holiday and immediately realised that this was where she wanted to live. Mallorca attracted her not only with its natural beauty but also with the people and their culture. She appreciated how locals enjoy a simple life, the sun, the sea, and the blue sky. What else do you need to be happy? That’s when she made the decision to sell her business in Moscow and organised her life to make the big move to Mallorca.
